Enable Password Prompt in Windows Store
Sign-in to your Windows session (this setting applies to your account only) and click on Start > All Apps > Store. Once the Windows Store opens, click on the small profile badge displayed at the top right corner, and select Settings:Scroll to the Purchase sign-in section and toggle the Streamline my purchases experienceoption Off:
